Because wine is a product of nature. And nature has its own times. Not ours, always so depressed, neurotic, inadequate.

To make a great wine takes time, to take a baby takes time, to make bread (that good) takes time, time … and tranquility.

Even writing takes time, so do not think about finding new posts every single day. Take time to read these pages. And leave it a bit too to me: to be lazy there is not just wine.
