     The blog for four-legged travelers.

    I am Rosalia, a longtime journalist, recently blogger, who has been writing by a lot of year, especially travel diaries, with some freedom of interpretation on the sites I visit. Never by chance and with a vintage eye, writing in the old way with pen and bloc-notes. Michele is my husband, has worked in the technical area of a private broadcaster for many years and now I am a photographer in the blog we have created, Meridiane City -Città Meridiane-, talking about travel and much more. In our blog we tell you fifteen years of travel together: we with our beloved Arturo, a wonderful Golden Retriever. And we do it despite him leaving us. And for now our trips are just four legs.

    But we want to tell you how the idea of creating a blog that narrates our current and future travel experiences is born with an eye to the past. We started our tours with Arturo for Italy and Europe very soon, but his first ever trip was the one that led him from Tuscany, where his “first” parents live, to Apulia to find us: his definitive “mother” and “father”. Then the capital, Rome, with his first leaps and leavers peered in the parks … And yet, the snow in Cortina d'Ampezzo, where he so loved to dive and roll and know, paradoxically since we live in seven Kilometers from the Adriatic coast, before the sea.

    A gallery of memories that will never abandon us. Lots of anecdotes to tell, good stories to remember.

    And so our blog is born from here, from the desire to share these stories, perhaps by facilitating life and travel, with our advice, to those who decide not to give up their own pet. We never did, except when we had to take a plane. It would be a useless torture for a dog to travel to the stall, so we limited our long-distance tours, following a slow way of traveling and adding to our tours between churches and museums even city parks or walks between woods and countryside.

    In the blog Città Meridiane we tell you about the beauty and poetry that arise from the encounter with a quatrain and how, with some organization, it is not difficult to travel with them. The appointment is every week with the headlines and postings.

The kitchen is the passion of Moira, ever since she was a child she was dedicated to the preparation of sweets, from the simplest to the more elaborate, until she get to the recipes of Luke Montersino, the dishes she prepare are the ones that she like to eat and she imagine they also like to other people. She learned a lot about cooking just surfing the web and she hope with her blog to pass this passion to other people and to help those who want to learn to cook, but sometimes does not know how to juggle in the kitchen. Caramello Salato or Salted Caramel blog is not intended as a lesson on how to cook but merely a personal diary of home recipes and not, of Moira's experiments in the kitchen and the preparation of what she like to eat. Substantially in the form of a collection of recipe blog, from which she can draw herself when prepare a dish and she do not remember exactly the doses or proceedings, and an important heritage for her children, the collection of Mother's recipes and who would not have it! Do you think that advantage to a daughter in law. Recipes for easy and quick cooking. Cooking for us Italians is known is not only eat, is culture, imagination, passion, is one of the pleasures of life. Cooking is a way to express themselves, to experiment, to make ourselves happy and the people who stand by. Eating well is important, both from a physical and nutritional point of view that covers health and therefore for a proper intake of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates organism, both from a psychological point of view. There's a big difference between eating for physical needs, to be satiated and enjoy a food and taking in the smells, tastes and appearance. The kitchen is shared and is a get-together. In recent years were born like mushrooms blogs that talk about food, some really good quality, and even television offers us constantly cooking shows, this means that we take care about the argument.

    My name is Ilaria and I am originally from Campania. I live in the province of Benevento, in my country we produce famous sausages in the region, because they are very similar to those from Calabria. Always I like to smudge the kitchen, a little less to eat unless it is sweets or baked goods, but I love the flavors merge with each other and cook for people that I I love (even the unpleasant without add 🙂 poisons). I really like the photography, in the near future I’d like to take a course to improve myself more and more, for now I just annoy the photographers in the events and parties. I must say that they are very helpful people! At home I have a dog, Macchia and seven cats, one of which is in constant struggle with the dog for control of territory … Who understands them !? I write and prepare the recipes you see on the blog La Piccola Quaglia [ old Recipes from roommates o Ricette da Coinquiline], often with the help of family and friends. I am supported mostly by my mother and my sister, who often have fun and help me create new dishes. A dear friend, Antonietta, sometimes gives me another valuable help by posting some delicious recipes created by her exclusively for the blog!

    I am Mihaela Cojocaru, and work in the wine industry since 2007. First as export manager and right after as a sommelier AIS and WSET. I’ve opened my own firm, Milae Wines, which allows me to enhance my knowledge about wine, do everything I always dreamed of and be focused on my the final goal – to become a Master of Wine. Since then I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot and taste even more, learning that our expanding wine world is inhabited by some of the most colourful and interesting characters that ever walked on earth. Moreover, I don’t believe there is an absolute link between wine’s price and quality. There are many delicious wines that don’t cost a great deal, while there are hundreds of overpriced bottles. Today I’m an wine broker able to define an effective sale strategy, with strong sales and negotiation skills and a well-developed interpersonal capacity. I’m also a proud member of the “Task Force against cancer in the WINELOVER” facebook group and together with the other people involved I’m sure we can make a diffrence. The money collected will be used to raise awareness for cancer (mostly breast and prostate) through several channels of the wine world (important wine shows, conferences, tastings, etc) – to know more go to section “Volontariato”.
