TANGRAM aims to rediscover the symbolic aspects of food and the satisfaction of hedonistic requirements: attention to service components, “experiential” content and entertainment and social aggregation.

Our products combine the local gastronomic tradition with the frenzy of modern living. With the aim of enhancing the territory, its products and reducing the environmental impact. The ingredients of our dishes have traveled as few kilometers as possible before arriving in your dishes.

In addition to offering a more enjoyable and healthy dining experience, TANGRAM uses for its dishes the Flash Grill plate. This cooking system preserves all the organoleptic characteristics of foods, from consistency to taste as a mixture of flavor, perfume and aroma.

Flash Grill, thanks to the special “low temperature” cooking system, prevents the fat from reaching the “smoke point”.

The “low temperature” allows a more healthy cooking while maintaining the organoleptic quality of the food with a remarkable energy saving and less environmental impact.
